1 Introduction

Welcome to baji live. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the baji live platform, including the website at baji-live.fun and the baji live mobile application. Baji live provides online gaming services including slot games, crash games, fishing games, live casino tables and table games to players in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

• No credit: Baji live does not offer credit facilities. You may only play with funds that are already in your account balance.
• Failed transactions: If a deposit fails to credit your account, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt the same deposit multiple times without first checking with support.

Baji live reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably believe is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from baji live are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Baji live aims to process withdrawal requests the same day they are submitted during normal operating hours.

• Verification required: Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience delays until verification is complete.
• Wagering requirements: If your balance includes bonus funds, applicable wagering requirements must be met before those funds can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for bonus terms.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on baji live use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or platform influence. The RNG is regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to confirm compliance with fairness standards.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with baji live games or systems.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw or play. Baji live will aim to complete any investigation within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to you.

You may also close your baji live account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. If you close your account with a positive real-money balance, baji live will process a withdrawal of that balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
